Terms & conditions

These are the terms you agree to when you buy from Cozy Learners. They are short because what is being sold is simple: a book, as a file, once.

In force since September 5, 2026. Beegma LLC, Wyoming, USA — 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Questions: hello@cozylearners.com.

Who you are buying from

Cozy Learners is operated by Beegma LLC, Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

The payment itself is taken by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for the transaction — so the charge on your statement, the tax on your receipt and the card dispute process are theirs. What you bought, and everything on this page about it, is ours.

What you get

  • A PDF, sized for US Letter paper, to print at home.
  • It arrives the moment the payment succeeds. Nothing is posted to you, and there is nothing physical.
  • One payment. No subscription, no membership, no renewal, and nothing that can charge you again.
  • The book as it is on the day you buy it. If we improve it later you are welcome to the new version while your download is open; we do not promise updates, and we will never take away what you already hold.

How long the download stays open, and how many times you may take it, are stated on the product page next to the price. Once the file is on your computer it is yours to keep — that part does not expire.

What you may do with it

Print it as often as you like, for the children you teach. That covers your own family, and it covers a class or a co-op group you run — print a copy per child, every year, for as long as you are teaching them.

What it does not cover:

  • Passing on the file. Do not email, upload, share or post the PDF, in whole or in part. Send people the shop instead.
  • Selling it, printed or digital, on its own or inside something else.
  • Claiming it as your own work, or removing what identifies it as ours.

The line is between using it as widely as your teaching needs and distributing it. We are deliberately generous on the first and firm on the second, because the second is the only thing that makes the first impossible to keep offering.

Your account

You need an account to buy, and you need to confirm your email address before you can sign in — that link is the only thing standing between somebody typing your address and holding an account in your name. Keep your password to yourself; anything done from a signed-in session is treated as done by you.

We may suspend or close an account that is redistributing the books or abusing the support channel. We will say why.

Money

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page before you pay. The price you see at checkout is the price charged — the shop reads it from Stripe rather than keeping a second copy that could disagree.

All sales are final. The reasons, and the cases where we still put things right, are on the refund policy.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise the book is complete, is what the page describes, and will open. If it is not, tell us and we will fix it or refund it.

We do not promise a result. These are teaching materials: what a child gets out of them depends on the child, on you, and on a hundred things that are not a book. Nothing here is educational, medical or developmental advice, and nothing here diagnoses anything.

If something does go wrong and we are liable for it, our liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the law where you live.

If these terms change

The date these came into force is at the top of this page, and it is the same date recorded against your agreement when you signed up — so it is always possible to say which wording you actually accepted. A change applies to purchases made after it, never backwards.

Which law

These terms are governed by the law of Wyoming, USA. Questions before any of that: hello@cozylearners.com.
